Is your iPhone 5’s battery dying out too quickly? If you answered “yes”, here is some good news from Apple. The company has launched an ‘iPhone 5 Battery Replacement Program’ after discovering that a small batch of iPhone 5 units “may suddenly experience shorter battery life or need to be charged more frequently”. These affected iPhones were sold between “September 2012 and January 2013” and fall within a “limited serial number range”. To check if your iPhone 5 is eligible for the replacement program, simply enter your iPhone’s serial number on Apple’s website here.
